Right to Withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you received the goods.
Exclusion of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to customised or personalised products. These are clearly marked as such in our webshop.
Return Shipping Costs
We bear all return shipping costs in case of a valid withdrawal.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments without delay — no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for purchase.
